Mussone Furniture Restoration has figured on the Italian market for more than fifty years, and is now a real institution in the field of antique furniture restoration as it is the only restoration laboratory recommended by antiquarians.
The laboratory handles the restoration of wood, cabinet making, inlay, veneering, wood turning (thanks also to a large warehouse of antique wood of various national and exotic essences), French polishing and natural wax polishing, antique patina, gilding and lacquering, knowingly using the unchanged techniques and craftsmen's secrets handed down in the family from generation to generation. The special flexibility of our work lies in the fact that all the handwork and interventions mentioned above are carried out on our premises, without the article needing to pass through "other hands"; this guarantees the client a higher level of safety, in both practical and qualitative terms. Mussone can boast a qualified professional and artistic preparation, being a cabinet-maker and having graduated from the Fine Arts Academy. In addition, a specialisation in the restoration of highly esteemed antique wooden furniture of both Italian and foreign origin at the family workshop, alongside the years of study, guarantees absolute reliability and honesty for the client.
